Dr. Piya Poonsawat
Senior Structural Engineering Advisor.
Approximately 19 years of experience in total including 5-year oil and gas structural design, 2.5-year bridge design, 1.5-year top-level management, 2.5-year commercial/contract administrator, 1.5-year building and construction work, 6-year teaching in university, 3years (part-time) structural designer for building, 2 years 
(part-time) development of prefabricated structural members and connections. 
Fully proficient in computer softwares for structural design (SACS, GRLWEAP, SEASAM, STAAD) and project management such as Primavera, MS office, and AUTOCAD. Software development skill using C#, C++, Autolisp and VBA. Holds doctorate degree (D.Eng) in structural engineering and a professional civil engineer license (SY 8688, Thailand).

Peeranan Tavacoop
Project Manager (Systems Works).

Over 20 plus years of experience in systems works, such elevators, air conditioning, pumps, swimming pools, and jacuzzis, with specialized knowledge and experience in the design and control of their electrical systems, maintenance & repair, as well as related mechanical and sanitary systems. Holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering.

Jakrit Udomkaew
Project Manager.

Approximately 20 years plus of experience with project engineering and project management responsibilities, having gained significant knowledge and skills in many project types, such as factories, solar 
PV power plants, apartments, housing estates, condominiums, beachside resorts, and luxury villas, with an emphasis on renovation works over many of these types. Holds bachelors degree in civil engineering and a professional civil engineer license (PY. 18004, Thailand).

Kathawut Boonchume
Quantity Survey Manager.

Holding a bachelors degree in construction management with more than 30 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, planning and cost control with an in depth knowledge of co-ordinating and implementing in both commercial and government sectors, these sectors included projects such as, hospitals, universities, military establishments,, government department buildings, PEA authority, resort-residence buildings and luxury villas.

Sakda Kavi
Project Supervisor.
More than 20 years of experience in the supervision of structural and architectural project construction works, especially in re-inforced concrete buildings. From large department stores, aquariums, condominiums
and resorts, through to premium villa building works. Holds a technical diploma (survey major) from Rajamangkala Institute of Technology, Bangkok.
