Sombat Khamin graduated as an engineer from Chulalongkorn university in Bangkok, then gaining experience with various construction companies for over a decade. With extensive capabilities in civil works, office buildings, showrooms, factories, pipelines, petrol terminals, department stores, public buildings and housing alike. He moved to work in the telecommunication industry for 5 years with the economic crisis in 1997, at Alan Dick (Thailand). He was an instrumental Thai project manager assisting to create the Orange network (TRUE). Engineer license PY. 16662.

He returned to his passion, the construction business again in 2004. This time he found great success in high-end villas. A segment that requires not only dedication and unparalleled drive, but also a comprehensive engineering background with innovative solutions to maintain the industry's professional standards, and a consistently of exceptional quality for every project.

 

Sombat worked for many years as senior project manager, constructing numerous luxury villas at Cape Yamu, Phuket. With encouragement of satisfied clients, this was his catalyst to establish his own construction contracting company, in Phuket 2011, S.B.J. Construction Contractor Co., Ltd., successfully providing luxury villa clients with affordable, high-end quality building works, renovations, extensions and other value added construction. Bringing, nearly three decades of extensive contracting experience and knowhow.
